Let's make our community a better place!
Mount Cross is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Committed to share the promises of Jesus Christ, our life is centered in worship, nurtured in fellowship and study, expressed in service.
Out of an abundance of caution for one another, we offer an in-person Worship/Communion service in the sanctuary beginning at 8:30 am. Masks are required for non-vaccinated attendees and optional for all others. We continue to offer a livestream of our Sunday morning worship service at 8:30 am. You're welcome to join our community at any time. Rev. Dana Reardon will be serving as Mount Cross supply pastor beginning June 4, 2023. She was ordained in 1998 after 21 years in nursing, mostly pediatric intensive care. She served churches in Upstate New York and Rhode Island before retiring. She has since served as an interim Pastor in New Jersey and Arizona. She settled in Arizona to be near grandchildren and has graciously agreed to assist Mount Cross during a time of pastoral transition. The previous pastors, Cliff & Linda Hanus had recorded on-line daily devotions, which are still available for viewing on Facebook. Click the button below to enjoy their message.
Mount Cross offers a variety of opportunities for spiritual growth through bible studies, music, fellowship, and service to others. Please see the Chronicle newsletter and the monthly Calendar for more offerings, specific dates, times and locations. We invite you to join us in any of these that may be of interest to you. If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask, as we're always open to new and interesting ideas. Click the button below to learn more and see us in action!
Whether you help through monetary donations, volunteering your time, or spreading our mission through word-of-mouth, thank you. We couldn't accomplish our goals without the help of supporters like you.
